Rainer Estates is a Common Interest Community (CIC) formed in 1998 in historic (Scott County) New Prague Minnesota. We are made up of 10-Units, described as “Detached Townhomes”. Our community is somewhat rare as it offers many freedoms of owning your own home along with services and governing properties that come with owning a townhome. The city of New Prague has a great small town feel yet offers many amenities lacking in most small towns, which makes it a very desirable city to reside.
